ABP (www.agentbestpractice.com.au) is a real estate agents platform designed to allow the Office Principal to manage their agents sales activities and compliance requirements online by customising checklists to individual office requirements along with demonstrating supervision on each and every property sale.
ABP is designed as a top-down platform for the Principal or Licensee to be able to see exactly where their agents are in relation to the property sales process. We have taken a whole of sales office approach and invite Principals to join for free for a sample of the ABP system.
The Principal or Licensee joins ABP as the Office representative. They then add each member of the sales team as individual accounts for a flat monthly fee. Each salesperson will then create an entry for each of their properties and track and update the day-to-day processes in real time so the Principal can view and sign off on a step-by-step basis or review all steps on settlement.
ABP is designed to reflect the way your real estate processes and documents its compliance obligations. You can start with our standard library templates and modify them to your exact wording and order, then save them to your ABP office library. You can identify which steps are Compliance related and which steps are for ‘Best Practice’.
The saved template(s) can then be duplicated and assigned to a new property to ensure your office team is consistent and compliant with your local real estate legislation. This can be customised to your office branding.
You can create any checklists that you want and re-arrange the order by drag and drop. You can add new checks like Money Laundering to any existing checklist at any time.
Each registered sales agent can upload an unlimited number of properties and attach the office templates that have been created by your Principal. The Principal will be able to search and see all agents properties and know at any given point in time where they are up to with compliance and sales processes.
ABP is a management platform that stores only minimal data you agree to provide, which is securely hosted on Australian-based servers. ABP operates alongside your office systems, and you retain all your critical and private documents on your own office server. You do not share any sales data with ABP other than basic property address and description details.
Yes, we value your real estate contacts and clients, and approved referrers will be paid a fee to introduce new users who subscribe for 12 months. Email us for details and for a copy of our referral agreement.
We have designed ABP to be user friendly and easy to follow so you will be able to follow your own office processes and procedures using your own forms, documents and templates.
